Help send Colin the BEST GIFT EVER! →
Hello Colin Morgan fans! Most of you probably know that Colin Morgan’s favorite animal is the lemur. (x) I am an undergraduate student studying anthropology and I am particularly interesting in nonhuman primates. I also love Colin Morgan.
I am doing fieldwork at the linked lemur reserve, and I had an idea for a great thank you present that we can group together to give Colin. I am thinking that it would be really nice if we came together to adopt a lemur. We would be sending a $1000 (US DOLLARS!) donation to the Lemur Conservation Foundation in order to provide food, housing, and medical care to one of the lemurs at the Myakka City Reserve in Florida (where I do field work). He seems to really care about animals, the environment, and such, and I think this a gift he would truly appreciate. I would send him a letter with all of the contributors names, the documents and pictures of the adopted lemur, and whatever else we come up with.
$1000 is obviously a lot more money than I can afford to give to any cause, but I know Colin has a loyal fanbase on here, and I’m hoping I can find 50-100 people that would be willing to work together to make this happen. So… here I am… trying to see if this might be possible.

If I get enough interest to make this affordable, I will contact everyone that emails me and we will set up plans for how to do the donations. I hope that you all are as into this as I am. I am extremely excited about doing something for him that I believe he will truly appreciate. :)

Some website took Colin Morgan’s monologue seriously and actually thought he beat up his girlfriend.
“Colin Morgan had some legal issues after beating up a girlfriend in 2005, but there’s no word on who he’s dating in 2012.”
Well, actually, he was just performing a monologue called “Nothing to Confess” from RSAMD, the school he went to for performing arts. But yeah, you know, every actor has to have some skeletons in the closet, even if they are over-dramatized and made-up…

I guess it’s just another proof what a great actor he is!

Something stinks
Somebody clearly rigged ‘Best actor’ and ‘Best actress’ poll on the Cultbox site. And it’s not a first time, something like that happened before and because of that I started to make screenshots as frequent as I can.
Look for yourself:

In the space of 44 mins Matt Smith gained exactly 4433 votes.
The same has happened in the ‘Best Actress’ poll:

For 45 mins Alex Kingston gained 5427 votes
Amazing, isn’t it? I know that Matt and Alex have a lot of fans but I find it hard to believe that all 5000 of them decided to go and vote in this very moment. Considering that in previous days they had ~50-60 votes a day.
And, as I’ve said above, it’s not the first time. When I noticed that Matt Smith’s votes raised more than 200 in 5 minutes, I started to make screenshots.
